Job Description:
Information Technology Services (ITS) at the University at Albany seeks applicants for a Central Business Office Associate, who is responsible for coordinating/processing several operational activities in the ITS department. The Central Business Office (CBO) serves as the hub for all ITS finance and operations. The CBO Associate is an essential member of the team and interacts with multiple departments across the university, including Accounting, Asset Management, Facilities, Human Resources, and Purchasing. The successful candidate enjoys a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and getting out of the office to visit various locations on campus for equipment deliveries and receiving/disposal of assets. This entry-level position provides excellent opportunities for professional growth.

Primary Responsibilities:
Software Licensing:

• Review and respond to software license requests from faculty/staff/students.
• Distribute licenses in accordance with University and ITS policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of software purchases, activation codes, distribution/assignment of software licenses, and chargebacks to departments.

Billing:

• Process monthly billing for ITS activities and track receipt of payments.
• Investigate any discrepancies in revenue.

Asset Management:

• Work collaboratively across ITS to ensure accurate asset management needs and processes are fulfilled in a timely matter.
• Ensure all purchases have the appropriate Asset Management forms/tags when received and disposed of.
• Record accurate information in the Asset Management database, including the addition and removal of assets.

Additional/Other Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with staff from ITS and other departments on campus to facilitate transactions for all Central Business Office activities.
• Serve as a backup for coverage of reception area.
• Perform all operations in compliance with SUNY and New York State financial / procurement policies.
• Handle confidential information and matters in a professional manner.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Be available to provide scheduled support and consultation outside normal business hours, including occasional evenings, holidays, or weekends, within reasonable professional obligation and expectation.
• Lift/handle equipment, up to 50 lbs., on occasion

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

• An associate degree at time of hire from a college or university accredited by a U.S. Department of Education (DOE) or internationally recognized accrediting organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, with ability to identify errors in tracking sheets, etc.

Description

Per Diem Clinician, Permanency Resource Center (PRC)

As a Per Diem Clinician, you will provide trauma-informed family therapy, child therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention as indicated to individuals, families and groups in a Permanency Resource Center. This can include outpatient individual or family therapy, group therapy, consultation to caregivers, and support to case managers. Work is designed to be short-term but will follow the needs of the family as written in their service plan. You will be assigned between 2 and 15 cases. Therapy is to be provided in the community or in office, and is paid for by the program, not through insurance reimbursement. You will report to the Licensed Clinician and you will work in a hybrid model with community-based travel required.

Responsibilities:

• Provision of outpatient therapy remotely or in person with youth or caregivers within the Permanency Resource Center system.
• Document the contact within the Evolv system.
• Attend and participate in individual supervision on at least a monthly basis and more frequently if the acuity of the assigned cases requires this.
• Provide therapeutic services to individuals assigned to case load.
• Provide case management services as clinically indicated.
• Provide referral, collateral and linkage services.
• Record and maintain case records according to program standards.

• A Master’s degree in one of the healing arts.

As a Case Manager, Regional Permanency Resource Center you will provide supportive services and case management services to adoptive, guardianship and kinship families so they are able to make informed decisions with regards to services and supports that best meet their needs. You will report to the Case Manager Supervisor. You will work in a hybrid environment with some travel to client's homes in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Function as a systems navigator to families who have adopted or who have children in guardianship or kinship care through the provision of case management.
• Meet with families in their home to assess needs
  • Assess needs, conduct service planning, service plan implementation, service coordination, monitoring and follow-up, reassessment and review with the family via in-home or community monthly visits. • Respond to the request for in home support referrals for resources and services

• Use lived experience to empathize and provide hope. Preference for someone with experience with kinship, adoption or guardianship as a youth or in a parenting role.
• Maintain records including required data collection information according to the program standards and expectations. Case Managers must maintain Evolv record with progress notes and all pertinent documentation, a discharge summary and post-case closure documentation.
• Participate as a trainer in programs in the community, to increase understanding of the needs of families who have adopted or have children in guardianship or kinship care
• Complete risk assessments as required by Northern Rivers Quality Management Department

Requirements and Education:

• Bachelor’s level degree in social work, psychology, or human services, or a bachelor’s level degree in any field with at least two years of case management experience; or an associate’s level degree in psychology or human services with at least two years of case management experience.

Respite Workers Needed in Albany for Youth in care.

Per Diem (As Needed) Shift

As a Respite Worker for the Permanency Resource Center, you will provide respite services to youth in adoptive, guardianship and kinship families. Respite may also be available to families as part of the service plan and can occur at parent support groups or other PRC events and will be designed to be consistent with the children's needs and interests. Outings or activities with individual youth will be coordinated with the supervisor and parent. Respite provided as part of a group activity at a support group will be designed to allow parents the opportunity to have time separate from their children while they attend a support group. You will report to the Case Manager Supervisor or designated supervisor at the event. You will work onsite with youth in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision for youth while parents attend support group.
• Provide respite as assigned to a youth as part of their service plan which can include activities in the community or in the youth’s home if that is the agreed upon plan.
• Participate in family engagement activities to provide added support to youth.

The primary duties of the Night Shift Supervisor will strive to achieve the production and

time, and damage free movement of product shipped out of the warehouse. Will help build a

As a Skillbuilder, you will provide targeted skill training to help with independent living and social skills. Goals that the Skill Builder will work on could be Career Planning, Self-Care, Daily Living, Housing, and Money Management, including establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, how to accept no as an answer, handling conflict with peers and authority figures, and using their coping skills when feeling dysregulated. • At a minimum, 50% of the work week is spent face-to-face with clients to provide services designated in the Treatment Plan.
• Provide services based on the youth's needs and preferences as identified in the Treatment Plan.
• Work with treatment team members to identify goals and objectives of treatment, including youth, families, school, and counselors.

As a Clinician, you will work as part of an interdisciplinary team with the underserved populations in our community by providing clinical counseling to individuals, families and couples in an outpatient mental health clinic licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH). As a Peer Support Specialist, you will be a member of the Mobile Team, assisting the clinicians on Mobile visits and providing support and advocacy to individuals in crisis. • Educate and empower clients and their supports regarding their roles in developing crisis plans and in crisis prevention.
• Educate service providers regarding an individual's role in developing a crisis plan for themselves and in crisis prevention. Ensure that the individual is an integral part of the crisis planning process.
• Inform service providers (including Mobile Crisis and PCFC providers) regarding person- centered and strength-based practices. Maintain and model a focus on strengths.
• Utilize clinicians and clinical supervisor for advocacy for individuals served.
• Ensure that clients are satisfied with the services they are receiving and, if not, help them advocate for what they need.

We are seeking a high energy, motivated  Point of Sale Warehouse Associate in our Coxsackie, NY facility.

The primary responsibility of the POS Warehouse Associate is to receive, warehouse, distribute and manage POS materials, samples and will-calls. Help Merchandiser in the construction and installation of custom displays. Clean and organize POS warehouse, shop (area where custom displays are constructed) and rebate/shelf talker area.

Manage POS Materials

• Employee handles the receiving of all POS.
• Break down, divide, and organize POS.
• Put away all POS in its designated location of the warehouse.
• Continuously condense POS to make room for new POS.
• Discard expired POS as directed by supervisor.
• Update inventory of all POS on the Data Report and POS System (min 3 times per week)
• Distribute POS to sales reps and Managers or prepare for delivery to accounts as requested. (Place in cubbies or as directed)
• Manage rebates and shelf talkers. Clean and organize this section of the warehouse making sure expiration dates are clearly marked on rebate boxes and expired ones are discarded.

Manage Samples and Will-calls

• Receive and check in samples and will-calls from warehouse or transfer truck.
• Lock up all product in the designated secured area of the warehouse.
• Distribute to the sales reps and managers with proper documentation. (Printed name and signature from recipients as the sample policy states)

Merchandising Responsibilities

• Install both special displays and stock POS by working with merchandisers, customers, and sales management on the coordination of timing and location of displays.
• Daily monitoring of POS System to check for ordered displays awaiting installation.
• Input completed displays into the POS system in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations including company vans (maintenance) and work area.

Safety Protocol

• Perform daily safety checks on all equipment before use, confirming accordance with specific equipment requirements and maintain these records for 30 days.
• Maintain safety certification on all machinery used on the job. (Forklifts, pallet jacks and cardboard compactor)
• Wear all safety devices required (safety harness, vest and safety shoes)

General Responsibilities

• Receive and distribute incoming packages (FedEx and UPS) to designated recipients.
• Set up and break down salesroom for meetings.
• Help Merchandisers in the construction of custom display pieces.
• Assist in the installation of custom displays when needed.
• Assemble stock POS for distribution (display racks and mass pieces)
• Run deliveries when needed.

Housekeeping/Cleaning

• Clean POS Warehouse (sweep floors and pickup any loose plastic wrap or debris on floor and pallets)
• Clean and organize rebate and shelf talker area of the warehouse.
• Dispose of garbage and expired POS into dumpster.
• Clear and salt walkways at office when needed.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

Clinical Case Manager, Intensive Family Empowerment Program

As a Clinical Case Manager in the Intensive Family Empowerment Program, you will provide six to nine months of intensive services to families whose children are either at risk of being removed from their homes or are already in placement. The goals of the program are to prevent out-of-home placement for troubled children, provide a safe environment to return children already in placement, and prevent future out-of-home placement. You will report to the Program Coordinator and will work in a combination of on-site and remote settings with travel to client's homes required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide home and community services to the identified youth and their caregiver as prescribed in the treatment plan for those enrolled in our Family Preservation Services.
• Educate parents and their child in a variety of social-emotional and parenting skills such as communication, discipline, anger management, emotional regulation, attunement, caregiver affect management, decision making, problem-solving, social skill building, budgeting, family and home organization, behavioral management, etc.
• Maintain a caseload of three children.
• Complete and maintain appropriate case records through the completion of intake, assessments, progress notes, reports, etc. following agency, county, and state policy and funding requirements.
• Participate in the comprehensive assessment and creation of the treatment plan for assigned cases to determine and address service needs and ensure the provision of regular treatment plan meetings and service plan reviews.
• Provide liaison contact with collateral resources such as referring agencies, schools, family courts, and other agency personnel serving on behalf of a child and family as it relates to their treatment.
• You will work Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and a rotating on-call schedule.

Requirements and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field;
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families;
